The idea behind Haecceity
Haecceity means “thisness”: the particular quality that makes someone or something this one. We are turning that old idea into a new kind of social product—one where what you say and who you are can live together.

The name // haecceitas
In medieval philosophy, haecceity named the principle of individuation—the “thisness” that distinguishes one particular being from every other. The word traces to the Latin haec, meaning “this.”
That became our product brief: build a social world where the stream of what you say and the place that holds who you are remain connected.
